Our Lady of All Nations

So many names and titles are used by Christians to refer to the mother of Jesus. From simply Mary to Mother Mary, Virgin Mary, Blessed Virgin, Holy Mary and on and on with all the various titles that begin with “Our Lady of ” (such as Guadalupe, Lourdes, Fatima, Kibeho, etc). One of the titles and images I hold very dear is this one, for to me she truly is the Lady of All Nations.

The image and prayer accompanying this title were given to a woman in the Haarlem-Amsterdam diocese of the Netherlands beginning toward the end of WWII. They came with messages that have not received full approval from the Catholic Church, so I will not repeat or quote them here. However, the image and the prayer have been approved. According to Bishop Hendriks of the Haarlem-Amsterdam diocese:

Devotion to Mary as the Lady and Mother of All Nations is good and valuable; it must, however, remain separate from the messages and the apparitions.
